Footpath/Cycleway
The National Park is currently in discussion with Sustrans regarding the feasibility of converting the pedestrian footpath between the villages to an upgraded footpath/cycle track. However, Sustrans will not support this project unless Transport Scotland reduces the speed limit between the two areas to 40 mph.
The Community Council is currently conducting a survey to gather local opinion about this. You can download a copy of the questionnaire here. Please return it to the email indicated on the questionnaire.
